Welcome to Ysgol Wyddfid School

Our school is an Infants/Juniors County Primary School. It is a daily, bilingual co-educational school. In accordance with the County Council's policy, the school only admits pupils full time in September following their fourth birthday and part time in the September following their third birthday.

The school has 4 classrooms, but the partitions have been opened to make 2 large and spacious rooms, class 1 for early years K.S.1, and class 2 for K.S.2.
At present we have 30 pupils, mainly from the Great Orme area, but the school can hold up to 72 pupils. We have a large playing area and also a garden (which is full of wild flowers).

A small community school on the outskirts o Llandudno, nestling between hill and sea, the views are marvellous, the air is fresh!! The potential for working in the environment is on our doorstep.

The building opened in 1926, is well built of the "old style" but with a modern approach to teaching and learning in a happy, friendly atmosphere
